How to install a punching mold?

How to install a punching mold - DGMF Mold Clamps Co., Ltd

1) Check whether the blanking holes of the mold and the blanking holes of the pad are consistent.

2) After the upper and lower dies are assembled, place them on the lower table surface. The reference plane of the punch and the reference plane of the mold must be parallel.

3) The lower mold should be completely fixed, and the upper mold should be fixed gently beforehand.

4) The slider on the punch presses for 20-30 trials. After confirming that the upper and lower dies are completely in a consistent state, tighten the upper dies.

5) The bite component of the punch and die of the punch is combined with the lower die stop of the die to adjust the height of the slider on the punch.

6) Use the test punch of the joint paper to confirm the cutting condition. If it is not uniform, check the installation status of the mold again. If the consistency is still not achieved, it is necessary to confirm the parallelism of the punch slider and the lower table of the punch.

7) Adjust the material feed length and feed time. (If a scrap cutter is attached, the length of the material can be checked by cutting the length of the scrap)

8) The comprehensive operation for 3-5 minutes. During this period, fill the oil between the guidepost and the bushing, and confirm whether there is any abnormality in heat.

9) Try on the material to be processed and check whether there is any obstacle in the insertion.

10) Processing can only be performed after the above work is completed. First, press the first material positioning lever set on the side of the lower mold until the feed material touches the positioning lever. After inserting, first, carry out a trial punch by hand feed until the end of the final process.

11) After confirming that there is no abnormality in the manual feed type, close the switch of the punch feeding device. At this time, the feeding work needs to be performed completely in the completed position.

4.6 Before installing the mold, wipe the machine table, slider and the upper and lower surfaces of the mold clean.

4.7 The height of the mold and the height adjustment of the machine tool can only be placed under the mold; if it needs to be placed on the upper mold, it should be placed under the guidance of the mold repairman.

4.8 The mold pressing plate horn must be higher than the part pressed by the mold, and the diagonal locking method should be used.

4.8 When adjusting the mold, set the transfer switch to the inching position.

4.9 After the mold is installed, turn the stroke switch to the "adjust" position and gradually adjust the stroke depth.
