The mold spring is used according to different mold spring usage times, such as 1 million times, 500,000 times, and 300,000 times. The larger the compression amount is selected, the longer the mold spring life.

The shorter the mold, the shorter the service life of the mold (of course, the broken mold spring can be replaced). The mold may be broken for a period of time after the mold is measured, or the mold spring is weak. Poor quality mold springs can easily be broken in the mold interior. Generally, the compression amount of the mold spring is calculated according to 300,000 times, which means that the mold may be weak when it is hit 300,000 times. Of course, the life of ordinary stamping dies is not so long, and it can also be calculated according to the maximum compression. If calculated by the maximum compression, it can only ensure that the mold spring does not burst into the mold. Pressing the die a little bit is also good for the flatness of the product.

Maximum compression (how much the mold spring can hold down). The maximum compression of the mold spring is equal to the original height of the mold spring X the maximum compression ratio of the spring. For example, a brown stretch mold spring with a length of 60mm, then its maximum contraction is 60 * 24%. It is approximately equal to 14. The maximum tension of this tension mold spring is 14 mm. Its maximum stroke is 14 mm. The stroke of the mold must be less than 14 mm. Beyond 14 mm, the tension spring may fail and deform. It may be interrupted in the mold, or the mold may burst, and the press cannot wait.
